"The game has stopped selling." Is not a good sign. Sure I didn't pay much for it but at least see it to official 1.0 release. With what the Dev is saying and taking feedback it's promising they are continuing. Most people are probably just waiting for the full release. 

Not sure what Virus Total dot com is though.

I don't think the game contains any malicious files. As I said before, I have submitted the files manually to Microsoft for manual review and no malicious files were found.

You may need to update your anti-virus software.  －_－b
