You spend days leaning 3D sculpting until you cry yourself outa of the tutorial hell and try your first serious attempt that takes days until you realize it's terrible over complicated highpoly mockup trash.... Or you pay for one.
Jokes aside kid, this is not a trivial task, people spend years and build carrers out of it.
