Hey there! Its an interesting idea, with great potential you have there, you just didn't execute it very well in my opinion. Here is some advice to improve this game or advice for future projects :) (keep in mind that these are just my opinion) :

  1.  First of all, the game in general: When I play your game, I see two completely different games, one where you need to chose the correct door, and another about shooting enemies. Why did you add the latter ? What is its link with the doors ? Instead of creating something just for creating it (sorry if you have a reason :) ), I would have tried to use the door mechanic more in depth. Why ? Well, because it is the name of your game and it actually is adherent to the theme...
  2. Second of all, improving the gameplay: Now, how could make a game about just chosing doors? Well, that is your job to find out as the developper. Try to find a way to bend that mechanic in an interesting and fun way. For example : There could be  3 pictures/drawing of doors on screen and you would have one second to chose one door selected randomly. Small hints are dispeared throughout the game; for example : "It's the green one", "right is always ...", or maybe just questions you have to answer ("2 + 2") and then at one point in the game you could say : "click on the WRONG answer". These are just examples but you can see how there are so many ways to take this one door mechanic and to make into something with more depth, fun, instead of adding completely new features not in correlation with it.
  3. Improving your curent game: Forgetting everything I just said, how can we improve your current game? Well, first of all its really hard to see if we walked in the corrected door or not (make a red/green text appear on screen for ex.). It was also really hard to which room number we where in (and a bit annoying to go to the left down side of the screen to see if we chose the correct door...). Now how to improve the shotting section of your game ? The shooting section, now, is a bit dull and simple... Maybe adding some more movement to the player would make it more fun (like dashing, grapling hooks, etc.), and maybe adding different TYPES of enemies instead of just adding morewould make it more diverse...

I hope this helps you understand how you can improve your game :) These points are just in my opninion, bare in mind. I wish you good luck in the jam! Cheers!

Would love if you could check mine out too! Or not, no pressure ;)
