Like many games on here, Komi uses Ren.py
Sry, I didn't meant the engine. ^_^ I meant what is used to create the models and the animations. :)
Koikatsu is used to make the models and it supplies the animations, maps, and clothes too.Basically just a bunch of sliders to make the characters.
