There is an invisible entity that is trying to kill you while you are escaping, but unfortunately I was not able to clearly convey this in the gameplay due to a time crunch. There are many elements that will be fixed/added/improved periodically, and I hope you can come back and check out the game as the updates are applied. Thanks again for your great input!
