Too many bugged tasks. You gain no money the first time you shoot drones for Rebecca regardless of the scene showing cash being handed over. Also earning money with Rebecca can be started in the morning, and takes two time slots while earning in the afternoon only takes one. Also you shoot drones indefinitely after the introductory session of having to only shoot 6... and yes I know you can just skip shooting any to still get paid. Also if you earn another $400 after purchasing the dress and giving it to your "stepsister" the task resets forcing you to purchase and give it to her again. Also if you go to class on Monday after getting the assignment and working on it, the task gets reset and you have to do it again. Also, you get the task to go to the kitchen on Saturday morning on Saturday night. Then, when you sleep on Monday night you get introduced to the Nexus and wake up on Sunday morning.

And the character of Asuka is written to be so abusive and deeply narcissistic, that I cannot accept how the main character would have any interest in freeing that artificial intelligence from the simulation. All I want to do is get a weapon from Rebecca to put a bullet in Asuka's head. There is no reasonable resolution to that level of narcissism, not without serious psychotherapy, pharmaceuticals, and shock therapy. The idea that the main character is willing to put up with it just for the sake of freeing some AI code makes no sense.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us this. We've been having a lot of issues with the task repeating itself, some people have that error and others don't, we looked into the bug and also tried to replicate it multiple times but we couldn't replicate it on our end, either way, we re rewrite the entire code of the first part of Asuka route because of it ( On update 0.7) we hope this issue is resolved now.

Now regarding Asuka's behavior, we haven't finished developing her, there are still more things planned for her in the future. (Mainly focusing on the main storyline) I understand that her personality is very annoying, selfish, hot-headed, self-centered, narcissistic but at the same time with a very low self-esteem. And that's because her cannon character behaves like that. Honestly, she is the character that I hate the most out of Evangelion xD, but not everyone thinks the same way as I do and that is completely fine, some people like that bitchy attitude, and everybody likes different stuff, some other people could gravitate more to characters like Mirai, shy, sweet, empathic (Basically the completely opposite of Asuka) and that is also fine, we want to have a lot of different personalities that you can choose from and go after the want that you like the most, right now Asuka, Mitsuri, and Mirai are the only ones with a route. The next update (0.7) will be the beginning of Power's route, and our plan is to have a route with basically all the characters that you see, some routes will be long like Asuka's because you need to make her like you, which will take a lot more time than with someone like Power.

But yeah, I really appreciate a good criticism, we need to improve on the coding part and also add more content, variety, and liveliness to the open world.

I understand that the goal is to get laid.. this is a Hentai fantasy after all. So it is a matter of the main character putting up with whatever they must to accomplish this. I also understand that you must try to write the characters as close as possible to how they are presented in their source materials as possible.

It would make more sense if the main character could "break" Asuka, possibly turning her into a dependant sub. He has only known his stepsister for the duration of the story, thus he has only known her to be abusive and manipulative. Nothing (even the tub scene) shows her to be redeemable. Nothing has occurred to show he would ever have reason to care for her. She only uses sex as a method of control as opposed to actual intimacy that might suggest the possibility of redemption. This would be magnified by the fact that he knows she is a fictional character and only code that could be re-written to become a better "person".

There might also be a potential path available for change, if one looks to Jessica Rabbit.. to paraphrase, she isn't bad, she's just written that way. But she would have to not only accept that the simulation is a lie, but that Everything she knows about herself is only fiction.. there was no father to leave her, no giant mechs to pilot, none of her previous experiences ever having happened. This would essentially kill the personality known as Asuka Langley leaving her a blank slate with red hair and language skills.

Just my opinions.
