I fucked up and messed up the "I owe you a beer" heart thing with logon, and I hadn't realized it for so long. Is there a way to change that?

None, unless you happen to have a save file before you do "Troubles in the Den" quest.

The way he will treat the player will change after 3 hearts. He's still a bit rude, but also a bit sweeter.

Complete all three of Bareshade's expansions first and then Logan will visit your house in Bareshade at night.
