played the game, stopped playing for a couple weeks or months. reopen the game and try to navigate the start menu and keyboard inputs and controller inputs don't work. deleted game and redownload game but still same issue.
Try the nuclear option - go to %appdata% local and find the MSA thread, then delete the options/settings ini
