There's not much to be 100% on but atm there isn't any cheating and the partner of the MC is faithful to your "wants" so it seems like it depends on what you want her to be like is what you get. Hope this helps. o/

Yeah, I'd note that the MC definitely seems to be written with a voyeur kink at the very least. It's more of a sharing than cheating game imo.
