Thanks for checking out the game, I will be releasing an update later today that changes the balance a bit, I brought the level of those attacking enemies down quite a bit and reduced the frequency at which they spawn. Hope you'll find it more enjoyable! The patch also fixes a large number of stability bugs, so you should see fewer crashes/freezes.
