Hello svolozhanin7! Super duper sorry for the late response, and thank you so much for your kind words! Unfortunately, Squire is the MC's default name. And yes, there will be a harem ending! I guess you could say that the harem ending is the game's true ending, since there's important information in the harem ending that you won't find in any other route.
We're doing our very best to release the game this September! But in case we don't make it, our next window for release would be sometime early 2020 to avoid the barrage of video game sales and triple A releases that come with -ber months.
