I found something.
You can't go to train if you have not discovered the backstory of Lily before go to training. It's interesting we have to follow the quest order when they show up into the menu
Usually, you can do the quests in whatever order you want, beside the core story missions.
I'll have a look into this quest for v0.07 and see if it's working as intended or not/if it needs fixing.
