There is a bug in the cafeteria. On the northwest side of the cafeteria there are 4 storage racks and a knocked over chair. If you lure her through the closest entrance north and walk up on the two knocked over storage racks and wait a few seconds she’ll get stuck and won't chase you or move unless you get really close to her.
