This is very well made, whenever you will update the game to have the main 4 characters then I will consider on actually subbing to your patreon.
Though a bit on opinions, i think that red eyes are a little unsettling.
If you have time I would say you should make them have eyes and make them have eye contact when they are looking at the player. Makes it a bit more affectionate.
Also maybe some facial expressions while having sex would be nice.
From a beginning state I would say this is incredible if you continue releasing updates and start advertising/sharing to others, I would say this will become a big success.
Also the Q/E strafe stare is kinda weird :P
