Nope. It's unintentional. You have to choose "Bitch" or "Slut" chip to EG automatically NTR you. If you chose "Submissive" and "Love" chip, they won't cuck you unless you break their vanilla chip. THERE IS EVEN A WARNING IN THE GAME ABOUT CUCK/CHEATING BEFORE YOU START IT. Bro 100% skipped it because bro was in the dog heat. Where did I ever say anything about it being unavoidable? Can you please point that out? I said that them tagging it as romance was intentional, because well he manually added that tag. It shouldn't be tagged romance because the "Vanilla" content is such a small part of the fucking game that its to the point of it being irelavent.
