Or if you want a more professional approach, It is not necessary that everyone will happen to follow the ToS, it applies in alot of game, instead of complaining about things though, you should learn to tolerate such dark humor (according to you)

For me, this type of humor is very common and I genuinely  participate in it quite a few times, this thing that I am writing is absolutely un-necessary and I will delete this the day after tomorrow.
