Is this solo or multiplayer? How many people?

Sorry for taking so long to respond! I originally conceived of it as a multiplayer game for a GM and a handful of players, so it might be a little light on framework for a solo game. I'd be interested to hear how you end of playing it if you do, my hope is it's rules light enough to fit with many different playstyles.
