BTW there's no kitchen blueprint for Elizabeth's next hint. The only ones I have and finished is the 3rd floor and Elizabeth and Melinda's room
The kitchen blueprint unlocks one you have completed Melinda and Annie rooms

Once you've completed Annie and Melinda rooms kitchen and living room blueprints are automatically added into Honey's basket. Please make sure you've done those steps before you restart your game :)
