Currently, the plan is to have a few endings, a submissive MC might be sissified (maybe even transformed) for one of the endings. Possibly falling in love with Ruru as well. I haven't fully cooked up the endings, they're mostly vague ideas in my head for now.
There's a lot of things I want to make possible in the endings, but they will all be dependent on your choices leading up to it, which means you'll be able to opt out of things you don't like.
Not sure what you mean by NTR impact, but if it's more NTR in general that you want, then yeah, that'll happen. I just want to take my time building up to it first.
