I played through the entirety of Mist, I haven't played Morn.
You had a free demo for Mist, so people could see if they liked it before paying for it.
You do not have a free demo for Morn, so if a person pays for it sight unseen, they would likely feel more upset if they disliked it. Things like turn-ons and turn-offs are unrelated to increased quality, having a demo would allow people not onboard with the content or characters to filter themselves out.

You also are the one making your living from these games, and demos could hurt immediate sales in favor of possibly boosting longer-term sales and feedback, you are the one who knows your back-end, so ignore us armchair shlubs if you need to!
