I don't get the quirks thing.. does it effect something in the game?
and shouldn't there be some sort of hint on how to unlock them
It doesn’t affect much. They’re just milestones if anything.
And no, game won’t hold your hand at every single step of the way. That’s really boring and annoying from a game developer’s standpoint.
