This game was definitely aimed at creating a "Better Final Fantasy 2" with the idea in mind not to change the core gameplay too much beyond the original other than adding quality of life fixes by design. When designing this game, SC Nikki and myself threw ideas at each other, but she did 100% of the actual coding/work.
However, I uploaded this game on my account so that everyone can experience and enjoy it on Nikki's behalf since she has been struggling a lot mentally (as I have as well).
