The assistant teaches you how to install games when the launcher is started for the first time. You just have to click on the last button on the bottom roll of icons, find the game executable and import. If you need more help there is a online manual.

do i find them in website or something

i already now that i can import the games into the lancher

That is up to you, you have to provide the game/app executable that you want to add to your library, it can be anything from anywhere. What the launcher will do is that it will add a custom icon and title if the game or app you installed is found in the database.
