Effort looks great. Some simpler game play could be useful. I don't quite understand how to play. One other thing that could have been done is smoother graphics. Maybe you could make the jelly squish and retract simultaneously.
Use WASD or the arrow keys to move, A and D and their corresponding arrow keys move left/right, up and W jump, and down/D shoot slimeballs. Hope that helps!
