Most games on Itch do this. Why are you here if you're worried about games not releasing on major platforms? If you're worried about one dollar, you have other problems you should focus on.
In Windows it just detects it as not safe it happened more than 5 times to me but i just open them and nothing happens if you don't know how to open it then just open it click on read more and then click on open anyways
