Type CMD
Press enter
Enter: (change this to where your exe file is located)
cd C:\Users\<USERNAMEHERE>\<WHERE THE .EXE FILE IS>
Enter: "Buckshot Roulette.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3
it says access is denied
