I found a working solution for me!
It seems to come from open ssl.
It's worth testing if you have an Intel processor above generation 10.
- Search Windows the "Environmental Variables" pannel
- Create a new "System Variable" (NOT USER VARIABLE)
- Enter the following into the Variable name box: OPENSSL_ia32cap
- Enter the following into the Variable value box: ~0x20000000
- Press OK.
You may need to restart your system for the changes to take effect.
