That is a known issue with many modded maps where the fields have been created with scripts. There are two workarounds I know. One being you use the Better Contracts mod, wherein you can set the percentage of product you have to deliver to complete the contract. The other being that you cheat the missing amount of product into your trailer to finish the contract.
