The game was Seed of the Dead Sweet Home, its essentially Left 4 Dead with anime girls (and hentai by proxy lol) If you plan on playing it yourself its on steam, does cost money, AND you have to apply a patch to put the R18 content back in the game, along with removing mosaics. But when you do, you can achieve new scenes by giving your partners gifts and having "intimicy events". And yeah in those events the camera is pretty free, allowing you to rotate, zoom, and pan. You have options for certain focal points like breasts, head, or hips as starting points as well. Def a good game for inspiration!
