It states that this asset can be used commercially, using a product commercialy in the game making industry usually means selling the game with said assets but you stated it cannot be reold or distributed is that final?
It can be used within another creative work as is or edited such as a game. It cannot be resold or distributed as an asset. I apologize for the late response.
