What a fun idea! I like the idea of passing age on to one another in such a way, I think it could help some people be more polite towards older people. I do think that if people start to play this it wouldn't be taken serious for a long time, or they'd just forget about the game completely after some time. As an extention I would think of a way to make it a bit more engaging to play.
