Hello! No, in run together you need only one option which is any of f/f scene variations.
It looks like sometimes player can get this bug. I've managed to recreate it only once out of 100, and I'm not sure how I did it (I think I was scrolling too fast for persistent to save). Seems like renpy persistents can be sometimes buggy.
Please try playing all three routes once again. If it doesnt help, and fourth option won't appear I have the following decision:
Go to 'game folder/game/ and delete save folder. then make sure you can see hidden folders and go to "your disc name"/users/"yourusername"/appdata/roaming/renpy/landofhunt-"somenumbers" and delete everything there. you can also just delete the file named "persistent" so you dont lose saves but as dev I would recommend to delete all to avoid bugs in future updates. then try to go again.
Also If while playing the game you keep folder with saves open, you can see how the file named "persistent" gets its "date modified" updated when you go through each death (this is how I check if every route works fine btw)
