Hey, I'm a pixel artist and was looking for some volunteering work to get some experience when I found your post. I believe I can help you out with sprite art as long as you're ok with it being pixel art. I expect no cash payment in return and just acknowledgement and credit will do. I'm definitely not the best of pixel artists, although I feel that my pixel art will be able to satisfy your requirements as a small game studio.
