If he tried to shoot himself and it was blank, he still has the two shots with you cuffed. The cuffs only last two turns if it was a live round when he shoots himself or if he attempts to shoot you twice. Stop making idle threats trying to get an easy mode, the game is already extremely easy. I had to work hard for a few hours just to lose on purpose, as the creator of the game has basically made the game easy enough that an elementary school kid could win.
