The Barkeep talk function doesn't seem to work after loading a save from 66 into 67th version (had the tutorial, asked to show hints only after talk) and I can see an exclamation sign but the talk button doesn't work.
Yes, other players noticed this too. The author of the game is trying to correct all the errors found.
Considering the complex structure of the game, such little things are not always possible to fix at the stage of creating a new version of the game.
