I don't know if it's just me but there will be times when MalO will just jumpscare me out of the blue and I will lose. She isn't at the window, she isn't at the door and the room light will be on and I still lose??
That is usually because you let her get away from the cameras too much. She can teleport, and flashing her on the cameras makes her aggressiveness go down :)
