yeah I could expand on it quite a lot, but it would take a lot more time as well, I would also want to look for an actual artist hahaha
aseprite is cheap and fun if you wanna do it solo
yeah I saw aseprite on steam and wishlist it, gonna wait for a promo, I used piskel for this one, it's not as strong but it was a good basic tool, but honestly art is just not my area
