There are french words with Alice in the english version and english words in the french version, it's on purpose (because she is bilingual). However you shouldn't see french words with the store clerk but speech mistakes, also done on purpose here (because her english isn't perfect and she has a very exotic accent).

Concerning the translation, yeah there are some incorrects words that need to be corrected, mainly the expressions because I don't know them very well (since I'm french). Can you give me more details about the issue with the conversation between Alice and the Doctor?

The next update will contain a tutorial about the UI and a quest log which will prevent being lost.
