This was a fun game concept. I think added oomph visually and aurally would be applied to the burning boxes. It reminded me of doodle jump, but with a unique concept. This is a personal taste, but i don't like it in platformers when the character can "bounce" jump repeatedly by holding the space bar down. I got stuck at a point where I wasnt sure i could proceed.
