It is quite ignorant to assume everyone slightly better than you in skill is a hacker..

hacker= someone who is flying, spamming 1000 arrows at once, jumping rly high, and capturing flags rly easy
spawnkiller= annoying, but still, its kinda fun when ur doing it
someone who is better than u= better than u, but u just hafta grind and train to get to their level
