There is an auto save the triggers automatically. If you load the game and hit continue you will continue right after it. You can also click the A option at the bottom when you select load and you can load it manually. That event is intentional btw for the story xD
Oh, I remember that one. It was a great use of an intentional crash for the story. At first I thought it was just a random CTD, but was impressed when the story addressed it directly!
