Pretty good game! The difficulty ramps up quite a bit but it was a good kind of difficult.
The strong point for me is the aesthetics! They're quite unique and unsettling, which feeds well into the theme of the jam. The monsters separating into smaller enemies was quite cool too!
I would've liked a bit more explanation as to what the mutations were. I picked all of them up but didn't see my stats increase or see a noticeable change, so maybe some sort of visual feedback would've been good for the player's clarity.
The lack of music is a bit sad! I think you have some nice effects otherwise, a nice fast action track would've added greatly, but sometimes stuff happens.
I hope you continue polishing it afterwards, cause it's really cool! Keep up the good work!
