listen what u need to do.
1. open cmd as admin and type
cd (where the file is located)
then type
"Buckshot Roulette.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3
it worked for me i hope this helps

actually its more easy to create a shortcut of the game exe and type those command behind the path within the shortcut (right click) :))
