I found 28 legitimately, had to download a map editor for the last two. One of the remaining ones should've been more obvious to me than it was, and the other I have no clue how I was meant to find it.
Which one did you think was impossible to find?

Ah, that's fair. I thought to try that because those platforms had almost no significance otherwise.
