Question. I'm on new game+, but I haven't found the way to the tower yet, I'm afraid I'm gonna miss it. How do you get there? I only have the green echo btw.
the only requirement is to be in ng+ edit: you can check if you are in ng+ by the bonus items next to the teleporter (Health Increaser ect.) and this npc who is either at the checkpoint or gambling in the underground.
