I know this is still WIP but I have encountered a bug on one of the Annie levels. Its the one with the zombie and octopus things. There are 2 animations for zombies, the bug happens with the standing animation. if you break free you basically create a duplicate of yourself and the zombie which both are invisible. The invisible annie and zombie continue to drain your health and after it finishes its last cycle it kills you.

Here is a video. I added in black censor boxes to make sure I don't get banned lol. You can briefly see the extra Annie for a split second at the end of each cycle. Might have to pause to see her because it goes super fast. I even managed to get the jetpack bug in there too. After escaping she still has one even though its still on the ground.
