I really love the atmosphere of this game. It has a nice tutorial (I actually died in the tutorial, I laughed quite a bit at that), and the art is just amazing. It's increadible what you can do with just three colors, really great job. The bosses felt a bit simple, but this game is all about the art and atmosphere, and with the sanity exchange mechanic, I don't feel like it would benefit much from having harder bosses since then you'd have a really hard time managing your sanity. Overall, an amazing job, really good game!
