I don't quite understand your first sentence, and I'm not quite sure about how the error messages are showing up, but hopefully it doesn't affect the gameplay too much, I will fix these issues in future stable releases.
As for the win state, there are 3 endings for the game, with 1 or 2 of the 3 endings being win states(the second ending depends on whether you depict it as a Win or Lose).
