Since i myself was having some issues with downloading the new stuff on android imma pop in and hopefully help yall, so for starters use the new .apk file to update the game, then from what i can tell just move the new .rpa file to the game folder inside of the tropicali folder, i then replaced the last file and everything seems to be working
