Haven't played "Welcome to the game" but there was a bit of inspiration from Hacknet.

Your game looks fantastic, I really dig this sort of artstyle. Kinda looks like "The Last Door", check that game out if you haven't. Those devs are also making Blasphemous, it comes out on the 10th of September.
